This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the development and execution of strategic account plans tailored for high-value NHS clients.
• Leverage data and insights to align activities with business goals and promote sustainable growth.
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders while executing intricate sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new avenues for growth.
• Build influential relationships with senior contacts across Trusts, ICBs, and Networks.
• Balance short-term equipment needs with long-term strategic account development.
• Inspire and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organization without direct line management.
• Track account KPIs and financial performance.
• Provide regular insights and updates to senior management.
• Ensure accurate sales data is maintained in the CRM in accordance with company policies.
• Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Cultivate and grow new business while converting competitor accounts to enhance market share.
• Ensure compliance with Philips’ business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to customer locations within the UK as necessary.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets, preferably within the medical devices industry.
• Established consultative solution-selling expertise.
• Capability to build and nurture relationships with customers and various stakeholders.
• Ability to create complex customer proposals that address patient outcomes and tackle clinical, operational, and sustainability challenges.
• Familiarity with financial models and commercial financing alternatives.
• Demonstrated skills in business development and commercial awareness.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com.
• Competence in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Background in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategic account plans and customer proposals.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check required.
