This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive the development of new business throughout North America by engaging with senior stakeholders in Information Technology, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects with retail customers that demonstrate high revenue potential.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to showcase and position RFID-based solutions effectively.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored business solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure and expansion.
• Qualify sales opportunities, progress the sales pipeline, and support demand generation with clear value propositions.
• Differentiate Sensormatic Solutions through strategic competitive positioning and customer-centric solution selling.
• Lead strategic outreach efforts that translate RFID capabilities into measurable outcomes in inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Present digital and RFID-based solutions that are pertinent to each customer's specific environment.
• Build credibility at the executive level across IT, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Supply Chain.
• Create customer-facing materials and effective messaging.
• Align activities with customer needs, current retail trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal solution partners to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Background in selling software, technology, RFID tags and labels, or inventory visibility RFID solutions.
• Proven success in acquiring new logo customers.
• Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a remote territory with approximately 30% travel across North America.
• Capacity to build trustworthy relationships and guide customers through the complete sales process.
• Approximately 30% travel required across North America.
• Reasonable access to a major airport.
