📋 Description

• Carry out designated email, phone, and in-product outreach and follow-up initiatives to facilitate pipeline generation and the adoption of Aryeo’s media management solutions.

• Assist prospective and current customers with standard product presentations and basic demonstrations.

• Emphasize how Aryeo enhances media storage, organization, and delivery within customer workflows.

• Collect, update, and maintain precise customer and activity data for forecasting, reporting, and transitions.

• Collaborate with senior Platform Sales colleagues and cross-functional teams to arrange meetings, prepare materials, and ensure seamless transitions during the sales process.

• Address routine customer inquiries using established resources and escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams.

• Track personal activity metrics and team priorities, adjusting daily tasks to meet established volume, quality, and responsiveness standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, account support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology-enabled services.

• Familiarity with standard productivity and collaboration tools, including email, spreadsheets, and video conferencing, in a professional or academic environment.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
