Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate and assess prospects, generating sales-ready leads and opportunities.

• Investigate organizations’ and prospects’ roles to formulate a penetration strategy.

• Address detailed inquiries regarding Taivo's product and service offerings.

• Engage with prospects via phone and email utilizing Outreach and Salesforce.

• Foster relationships with potential Taivo users, including C-level executives, outside sales representatives, and accounting teams.

• Achieve or surpass set monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

• Seek out and identify new companies to assess Taivo.

• Oversee the qualification process with businesses in team sporting goods, decorated apparel, promotional products, and online group sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; if not held, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.

• At least 1 year of sales, business development, or related experience with a proven track record is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A collaborative team player with the desire and capability to thrive in a target-driven, high-growth sales environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Confidence in prospecting and creating new sales leads.

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is mandatory.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience in outbound prospecting is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing high-volume lead lists is preferred.

• Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products sectors is a plus.
