This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive the generation of new discovery calls and qualified leads for the sales team through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including account planning, research, messaging, list creation, and executing cadences (email, phone calls, social selling).
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to connect with prospects while educating the market about Azul.
• Meet and surpass weekly and monthly targets related to opportunity creation and progression.
• Enhance your understanding of business operations by researching various companies, their leadership structures, pain points, and daily challenges.
• Comprehend prospect challenges, gather technical requirements, and align business value with customer needs.
• Organize the sales pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to secure qualified meetings.
• This position is an individual contributor role that reports to the BDR Director, who emphasizes real-time coaching, weekly one-on-one meetings, and autonomy, enabling you to take ownership of your success.
• Occasional travel within the region may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
• Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift (preferred).
• A strong passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Capable of engaging in discussions across all business levels, from Enterprise to mid-market across various sectors.
• High energy, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player who can think creatively.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining excellent call records.
• Proven ability to work independently and a stable work history.
• Quick-thinking during conversations, able to respond to unexpected questions with confidence.
• Resilient in the face of objections and rejection.
