This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, qualify, and drive new leads into the upper tier of the Jonas Hospitality sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to oversee back-to-base sales orders, contract processing, lead qualification, and additional BDR initiatives.
• Maintain a comprehensive sales plan that outlines how and when B2B efforts and prospects will be engaged and opportunities finalized.
• Recognize key prospects to target within North America.
• Build and maintain databases as necessary.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors on prospecting efforts.
• Research, qualify, and conduct explorations to determine prospects’ needs and objectives.
• Connect marketing and sales by following up on sent email campaigns and developing interest-generation initiatives.
• Qualify, sell, and finalize smaller B2B opportunities.
• Acquire the ability to showcase Jonas Hospitality solutions to potential clients and act as a backup to application consultants.
• Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
• Utilize social media to promote brand and product awareness and identify potential leads.
• Keep professional and technical knowledge updated through workshops, publications, networking, and professional associations.
• Make 50–100 outbound calls daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience on a sales team preferred, particularly in hospitality sales.
• Ideal candidates will have prior hotel operations experience.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with appropriate tonality and speed.
• General proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Ability to learn technical aspects related to computer hardware and third-party software products offered by the Company.
• Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus.

• Part-time schedule of 25 scheduled hours per week.
