This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, nurture, and oversee relationships with potential clients.
• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve or surpass annual new business funding goals.
• Utilize industry networks, referral sources, and marketing strategies to create a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct needs assessments and present customized financing solutions.
• Establish and sustain relationships with brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Represent the Structured Finance Division at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and credit teams to structure and finalize deals.
• Ensure that deals conform to credit policies and risk appetite.
• Negotiate client terms and pricing with an emphasis on profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and the factoring and ABL landscape.
• Provide leadership insights on market conditions and potential product or service enhancements.
• Maintain a comprehensive pipeline with defined stages and subsequent actions.
• Generate a diversified portfolio across various industries and credit profiles.
• Support commitments to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
• Collaborate with Compliance on investigations related to suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements, completing compliance and IT training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in factoring, ABL, or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of factoring and ABL products, including underwriting and credit analysis principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business banking products and services.
• High proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysis software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Must remain informed and compliant with BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC requirements.
• Must complete web-based compliance and IT training.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
