This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Identify and engage potential clients through proactive sales initiatives.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and various other channels.
• Establish and nurture client relationships with founders, CTOs, CEOs, Product Owners, and procurement teams.
• Conduct discovery meetings to gain insights into client requirements.
• Present our software development services and articulate our value proposition.
• Collaborate with our technical team to prepare proposals.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Represent the company at both online and offline networking events as needed.
• Continuously explore new avenues for client acquisition.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling custom software development, IT outsourcing/consulting, nearshore/offshore development, or dedicated development teams.
• Demonstrable success in acquiring new B2B clients.
• Strong experience in outbound sales.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in managing lengthy sales cycles.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle is a considerable advantage.
• Nice to Have: Existing connections with decision-makers in Europe, North America, or the UAE.
• Experience in selling AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
• Background in working with distributed or international teams.
• Offices located in Cyprus and Romania, with options for remote work.
