This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement effective business strategies to facilitate growth.
• Oversee and sustain the onboarding process for payment processing partners.
• Cultivate relationships with banks, payment service providers, payment systems, and merchants across designated territories.
• Develop tasks, monitor execution processes, and engage in associated activities.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for enhancing payment channels.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis, including evaluations of pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare materials for discussions and presentations.
• Manage relationships with providers by sharing product updates and gaining insights into new offerings.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and the customer service team to address tasks and achieve desired outcomes.
• Report directly to the Payments Director and collaborate to achieve organizational targets and KPIs.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven sales/account management experience within the payments sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating and interpreting sales performance and market dynamics data.
• Comprehensive understanding of card networks, mobile payments, e-wallets, payment processing technologies, and regulatory considerations.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital wallets, and blockchain technology.
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
• Aptitude for structured problem-solving and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing in English.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and GDPR compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as necessary.
