📋 Description

• Acquire new clients who will utilize Oddin's esports solutions, including odds feed, risk management, and iFrame.

• Drive revenue by achieving or surpassing set revenue goals.

• Collaborate with various partners in the betting industry to establish Oddin as a thought leader in esports.

• Demonstrate the technical capability to create and communicate a compelling and comprehensive value proposition, emphasizing added value rather than just price.

• Oversee contract negotiations and expedite customer adoption.

• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

• Discuss enhancements to existing offerings and solutions to address current and future client needs.

• Understand our role within the ecosystem to identify synergies beyond mere business transactions.

• Serve as an evangelist for esports and esports betting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in iGaming (with expertise in esports or betting, ideally both) is a MUST HAVE!

• A sales-oriented, results-driven mindset with direct B2B sales experience.

• A network of contacts, particularly with decision-makers at sportsbooks, is a significant advantage!

• Must be located in the LATAM region (or in Europe with strong connections to LATAM).

• A passionate self-starter who takes accountability for progress and the difficult decisions it may entail, consistently challenging the internal and external status quo.

• An effective communicator focused on building a long-lasting network by establishing positive and ongoing relationships with both prospects and clients.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish for regular communication; Portuguese is a bonus.
