This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Serve as the representative for the Facial Aesthetics product line to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographical region.
• Drive product acceptance and foster portfolio expansion through proactive business development initiatives.
• Offer technical expertise regarding products and procedures while highlighting competitive product advantages.
• Meet assigned sales targets through innovative, consultative selling techniques and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Utilize resources effectively to boost the adoption and sales growth of BOTOX Cosmetic, the JUVEDERM Collection of fillers, and Kybella.
• Collaborate with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams to coordinate activities.
• Fulfill reporting requirements and adhere to compliance policies and requests.
• Oversee field assets and resources, which include product samples, marketing materials, equipment, and technical resources.
• Spend 4 days a week in the field, engaging with a minimum of 4 customers daily.
• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience in medical sales or practice management.
• 7 to 10 years of business experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of the operational aspects of a physician's practice.
• A valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet driving safety requirements.
• Strong business acumen paired with analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in driving sales execution.
• Effective in providing consultative support.
• Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Ability to formulate key strategies and implement them.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Competence in contract negotiation and management.
• Experience with financial and budgetary responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
