This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals and broadening the client base within the data center power infrastructure domain.
• Perform market analysis on prospective clients, industry trends, and the competitive environment among hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, and EPC firms.
• Identify, target, and secure new clientele among data center operators, hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, and EPCs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in facilities, electrical engineering, and reliability.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation and closure in collaboration with Power and Industrial sales teams.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Foster long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and demonstrations of products and technologies.
• Work alongside global marketing to create sales materials, case studies, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with global product management and development teams, regional marketing, and customer support.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and inside sales to meet customer requirements and deliver solutions.
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and provide data-driven suggestions for improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical utility industry or commercial infrastructure sector, with a focus on business development and sales.
• Background in working with utilities, data center operators, EPCs, or power equipment manufacturers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertinent to power transformers, switchgear, and facility reliability.
• Experience in selling precision instrumentation or condition-monitoring solutions.
• Strong knowledge of power transformer health monitoring, dissolved gas analysis (DGA), and moisture-in-oil measurement.
• Familiarity with medium voltage systems, BESS, or critical electrical infrastructure is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of data center uptime/reliability requirements and the risk of outages due to power asset failures.
• Proven history of cultivating strategic relationships and driving sales growth in a technical B2B context.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
• Must currently possess eligibility to work in the U.S.
