This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Meet annual sales targets focusing on key accounts, contractors, architects, design/build partners, and products that align with strategic objectives.
• Identify and secure sales opportunities within your designated area of responsibility.
• Generate demand and drive sales through contractors, design/build partners, building owners, regulatory entities, and architects.
• Oversee key accounts and manage relationships with stakeholders within each account.
• Grasp customer priorities and industry trends to effectively close sales.
• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM for account management and forecasting.
• Share progress, challenges, best practices, and insights to enhance performance.
• Engage, educate, and support Zurn Elkay’s sales network.
• Comprehend and convey product capabilities and applications.
• Create and present project quotations to optimize profitability while adhering to pricing guidelines.
• Propel annual strategic market development and sales initiatives.
• Understand market drivers, technical trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
• Provide customer feedback to product development teams regarding existing and new products, as well as competitor offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, business units, and other divisions of the commercial organization.
• Indirectly manage 3–5 representative agencies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Candidates must reside in the Southeast region, specifically in Georgia or Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree along with relevant industry experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or service of manufactured plumbing, building materials/systems/controls, or other industrial products.
• Proven ability in B2B sales, marketing, and/or service.
• Experience in plumbing, fire protection, irrigation, or site utilities is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
