📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to create scalable solutions and enhance Sienge Capital's market presence.

• Oversee the business pipeline by establishing priorities, monitoring KPIs, and striving to optimize conversion rates, recurrence, and revenue generation.

• Cultivate and reinforce relationships with real estate developers, investors, and strategic partners, generating new business opportunities for Sienge Capital.

• Organize and lead commercial initiatives alongside financial partners, managing the entire process up to the formalization of transactions.

• Recognize market trends, demands, and opportunities, aiding in the development of the company’s strategy, solution offerings, and partnerships.

• Embrace a digital mindset, showing curiosity towards new technologies and a desire to understand how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation, influencing abilities, and strategic vision, along with the capacity to cultivate new markets and partnerships.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Extensive experience in business development, capital markets, structured credit, or financial services, primarily focused on corporate clients.

• A proven history of establishing and managing strategic relationships with C-level executives, partners, and financial institutions.

• Familiarity with the real estate market, credit products, and funding dynamics.

• Experience with structured transactions is preferred.

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.
