This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement the commercial strategy for the designated Northeast territory.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with end users, system integrators, and distributors.
• Propel lead generation, pipeline development, and deal execution.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
• Clearly communicate Eureka Robotics’ value proposition to foster profitable growth and customer success.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, coordinating customer requirements across engineering, applications, and operations teams.
• Manage and expand key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Define and implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Management and leadership.
• Develop and enhance scalable sales processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze sales performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and reports.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers and target industries.
• Represent Eureka Robotics at customer locations, industry events, and partner meetings.
• Provide market insights to guide product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and generate referrals.
• Negotiate and finalize deals independently, escalating strategically when necessary.
• Maintain organized account planning and daily outreach efforts.
• Must be located in the Northeast U.S.
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: New England, NY, MA, PA, NJ, CT.
• Direct experience in industrial robotics or manufacturing automation is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field; Business or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience specifically in industrial robotics, robotic system integration, machine vision, factory automation, or closely related manufacturing automation technologies.
• Experience in identifying and developing robotic automation applications within manufacturing settings.
• Understanding of robots, machine vision, end-of-arm tooling, controls, and related automation technologies is essential.
• Established network within the Northeast manufacturing automation landscape.
• Strong comprehension of Tier-1 Automotive and EOM/OEM manufacturing environments.
• Experience in developing, enabling, and supporting channel partners, including system integrators and automation distributors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and executive levels.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, typically 30–50% of the time.
• Preferred experience in selling vision-guided robotics, 3D vision, AI-based perception, or robotic software platforms.
• Familiarity with robot brands, PLCs, and industrial ecosystems such as FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Siemens, and Rockwell.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and expanding relationships with Tier-1 or large OEM customers.
• Experience with channel-first or hybrid direct-and-partner sales models.
• Comfort in presenting technical solutions and ROI cases to engineering teams and business decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar.
