This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Take ownership and implement the commercial strategy for the designated Northeast territory.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities with end users, system integrators, and distributors.
• Lead the generation of leads, development of the pipeline, and execution of deals during the initial growth phase.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers among customers.
• Clearly communicate Eureka Robotics’ value proposition to foster profitable growth and ensure customer success.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating customer requirements across engineering, applications, and operations teams.
• Manage and expand key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Define and implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Management and leadership.
• Develop and enhance scalable sales processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to optimize effectiveness.
• Maintain precise monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers and other targeted industries.
• Represent Eureka Robotics at customer locations, industry events, and partner interactions.
• Provide market insights to guide product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and generate referrals.
• Independently negotiate and finalize deals, escalating strategically to senior leadership when necessary.
• Maintain organized account planning and daily outreach activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field; Business or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within intricate, consultative sales cycles.
• Practical experience with robotic automation, machine vision, or industrial automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Tier-1 Automotive and EOM/OEM manufacturing sectors, including production, quality, and automation workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, enabling, and supporting channel partners, such as system integrators and automation distributors.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and executive levels.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required, typically 30–50% of the time.
• Must reside in one of the following states: New England, NY, MA, PA, NJ, CT.
• Preferred experience in selling vision-guided robotics, 3D vision, AI-based perception, or robotic software platforms.
• Familiarity with robot brands, PLCs, and industrial ecosystems, including FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Siemens, and Rockwell.
• Proven history of establishing new accounts and expanding presence within existing Tier-1 or large OEM clients.
• Experience in channel-first or hybrid direct-plus-partner sales models.
• Comfort in presenting technical solutions and ROI cases to engineering teams and business decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar.
