This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities related to guest-facing HSIA, network orchestration, and infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Create account plans for strategic prospects and high-value opportunities.
• Comprehend customer needs and convert them into technical and commercial solutions.
• Position managed Wi-Fi, network monitoring, analytics, and support services as outcomes driven by value.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams on solution scoping, pricing, and proposals.
• Communicate ROI, operational efficiencies, and benefits to guest/user experience.
• Establish relationships with channel partners, integrators, ISPs, PMS vendors, and technology alliances.
• Identify vertical-specific use cases and market entry opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a brand ambassador.
• Provide market insights to Product and Marketing teams.
• Maintain precise pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM.
• Manage deal progression, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Assist with pricing approvals, contract negotiations, and transition to delivery teams.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales; there are no direct reports.
• Over 7 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in managed services, networking, or SaaS.
• Experience selling into hospitality, MDU, retail, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven success in closing complex, multi-location, or enterprise deals.
• Strong grasp of managed Wi-Fi architectures, LAN/WAN fundamentals, access points, controllers, switches, and firewalls at a conceptual level.
• Understanding of recurring revenue and subscription-based pricing models.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with guest Wi-Fi, captive portals, analytics, or network security offerings is strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates with channel or partner-led sales experience.
• Familiarity with PMS, IoT, or digital guest experience ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth technology company is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any US employer.
