This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Establish and cultivate strong connections with auto dealerships and auto repair shops through personal service and continuous support.
β’ Gain insight into dealership and shop operations pertaining to the buying and selling of auto parts.
β’ Recognize customer challenges and develop solutions to streamline business interactions.
β’ Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at meeting or surpassing sales objectives while broadening the customer base.
β’ Propel market growth through cold calling, networking, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
β’ Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
β’ Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and AI resources to uncover opportunities, monitor performance, and inform business decisions.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
β’ Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions.
β’ Track market performance and provide regular updates and reports.
β’ Demonstrated experience in outside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, with a proven history of driving growth and closing deals.
β’ Excellent skills in relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
β’ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the capability to manage a territory and take responsibility for results.
β’ Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, AI tools, and reporting platforms.
β’ Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze business data, performance trends, and ROI.
β’ Solid problem-solving abilities and a knack for understanding customer challenges while proposing practical solutions.
β’ Preferred experience in the automotive dealership, collision, repair, parts, or related industries.
β’ Valid driverβs license.
β’ Reliable means of transportation.
β’ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
