β’ Establish and maintain relationships with auto dealerships and auto repair facilities through personal service and continuous support.
β’ Gain insights into the operations of dealerships and shops concerning the procurement and sales of auto parts.
β’ Recognize customer challenges and devise solutions that enhance business interactions.
β’ Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve or surpass targets and broaden the customer base.
β’ Propel market expansion through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
β’ Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
β’ Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and AI resources to uncover opportunities and inform business decisions.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Ensure accurate records of sales and client interactions are maintained.
β’ Monitor market performance and provide consistent updates and reports.
β’ Demonstrated experience in outside sales, business development, or a comparable customer-facing position with a history of driving growth and closing deals.
β’ Exceptional skills in relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
β’ Entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven, capable of managing a territory and taking responsibility for results.
β’ Proficient in using technology, CRM systems, AI tools, and reporting platforms.
β’ Strong skills in Excel and the ability to analyze business data, performance trends, and ROI.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for recommending practical solutions.
β’ Experience in the automotive dealership, collision, repair, parts, or related sectors is preferred.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Reliable means of transportation.
β’ Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
β’ Compensation package begins at $72,000 annually.
