This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Create and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence within Federal, SLED, and/or Healthcare-focused partner accounts.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with reseller partners, solution providers, and vendor stakeholders.
• Discover new business opportunities, whitespace accounts, and growth potential within existing partner portfolios.
• Utilize sales, performance, and market data to identify trends, enhance partner performance, and prioritize opportunities.
• Equip partners with knowledge on technology solutions, programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work collaboratively with vendor representatives and internal sales teams to build pipeline, execute growth plans, and close deals.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partner leadership.
• Assist partners in positioning technology solutions that address customer business challenges and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting while striving to meet revenue targets.
• Travel as required for partner relationship management, customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, account management, or technology sales.
• Familiarity with the IT channel ecosystem, including technology vendors, distributors, resellers, or solution providers.
• Understanding of public sector procurement environments, including Federal, State, Local Government, Education, and/or Healthcare markets.
• Proven track record in developing partner relationships and driving measurable business growth.
• Strong consultative selling and account planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and identify revenue opportunities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and executive-level relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and external partner organizations.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting public sector technology customers, partners, or vendors.
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI, networking, collaboration, infrastructure, or modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with technology partner programs, channel incentives, and partner enablement initiatives.
• Understanding of government purchasing vehicles, contracts, purchasing cooperatives, and public sector procurement processes.
• Experience conducting executive business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with channel sales motions, indirect routes to market, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in collaborating with technology vendors and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
