This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive growth within Health Systems, Hospitals, Regional Reference Labs, and National Account segments.
• Promote the adoption, implementation, and consistent use of IDD diagnostic testing solutions.
• Oversee the transition from customer onboarding to revenue generation.
• Create strategies to optimize lab utilization, broaden testing menus, and boost pull-through in high-opportunity markets.
• Articulate the clinical and economic benefits of expanded testing to senior executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal commercial resources to enhance growth and adoption of diagnostic menus and evidence-based allergy and autoimmune panels.
• Lead the adoption of IDD tests within hospitals and large healthcare organizations from initial implementation to revenue generation.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in allergy, autoimmune, and related diagnostic markets.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to increase testing volume and support health system growth.
• Assess customer needs, provide business insights, and foster long-term customer advocacy.
• Create and present business cases supporting the adoption of expanded testing within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and regional health systems.
• Coordinate internal commercial resources and work in collaboration with account, marketing, sales operations, product, and demand generation teams.
• Engage in training, share field intelligence, and conduct account-strategy performance reviews.
• Achieve or surpass sales and growth targets through effective pipeline management and strategic selling.
• Maintain account planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with commercial objectives.
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven sales or business development experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets while navigating complex selling environments.
• Experience in developing strategies that deliver measurable growth in healthcare systems or diagnostic markets.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement models, provider/payer economics, and laboratory and hospital/IDN dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders both virtually and in person.
• Capability to operate independently while effectively collaborating across a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority and coordinate resources to meet shared objectives.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional listening skills.
• Resilience and adaptability to navigate changing business requirements.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the designated territory.
• Territory coverage includes Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.
• Fully Remote.
• Standard Monday–Friday work schedule.
