This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Propel growth within Health Systems, Hospitals, Regional Reference Laboratories, and National Account segments.
• Foster the adoption, implementation, and consistent use of diagnostic testing solutions from the Immunodiagnostics Division.
• Manage the transition from customer onboarding to revenue realization.
• Create strategies to optimize laboratory utilization, expand testing offerings, and enhance pull-through in high-opportunity markets.
• Articulate the clinical and economic advantages of expanded testing to senior executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal commercial resources to expedite growth and the uptake of diagnostic menus and evidence-based allergy and autoimmune panels.
• Provide support within Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia, necessitating travel throughout the designated territory.
• Drive the adoption of IDD tests in hospitals and large healthcare organizations from implementation to revenue generation.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within allergy, autoimmune, and related diagnostic markets.
• Formulate and implement plans to boost testing volumes, optimize menu utilization, and support health system expansion.
• Assess customer needs, deliver business insights, and nurture long-term customer advocacy.
• Develop and present business cases for adopting expanded testing within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and regional health systems.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the internal commercial team to ensure effective resource deployment and execution.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Strategic Account Executives, Regional Managers, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Demand Generation leadership.
• Work with marketing, sales operations, and product teams on coordinated messaging and targeted campaigns.
• Engage in training, share field intelligence, and conduct account-strategy performance reviews.
• Achieve or surpass sales and growth targets through effective pipeline management and strategic selling.
• Independently implement strategies and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Maintain account planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with commercial objectives.
• Enhance customer relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of proven sales or business development experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in complex sales environments.
• Experience in developing strategies that yield measurable growth in healthcare systems or diagnostic markets.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement models, provider/payer economics, and laboratory and hospital/IDN dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and stakeholders both virtually and in person.
• Innovative, solutions-driven mindset; capacity to operate autonomously and collaborate within a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational abilities, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to lead without formal authority and coordinate resources to meet shared objectives.
• Customer-focused attitude with exceptional listening skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and ability to navigate shifting business needs.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.
