This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Create and implement a business development strategy for EisnerAmper's Healthcare division.
• Generate $3 million or more in new annual revenue by initiating, qualifying, and finalizing client engagements.
• Build and sustain a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Develop and enhance relationships with C-suite executives and healthcare decision-makers.
• Manage the sales process from identifying prospects to executing contracts.
• Identify client needs and align integrated firm capabilities accordingly.
• Collaborate with Healthcare leaders and subject-matter experts on pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Navigate RFPs, RFIs, and executive purchasing cycles.
• Represent EisnerAmper at industry conferences, executive forums, and healthcare associations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development activities within the CRM.
• Work alongside Marketing and Growth teams on campaigns, thought leadership, and events.
• Achieve growth targets through consultative selling and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Background in professional services within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of securing and expanding professional services engagements with healthcare clients.
• Understanding of healthcare budgeting cycles, policy priorities, technology, strategic transformation, and financial advisory.
• Familiarity with CRM, AI, and sales tracking platforms.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex professional services to Healthcare C-suite executives.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare market, including health systems, physician enterprises, value-based care, operations, financial transformation, digital health, and regulatory trends.
• Established network of senior healthcare executives.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships that foster business growth.
• Strong executive presence along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Consistent history of generating and surpassing multi-million-dollar annual new business revenue targets.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing and Growth teams on focused campaigns, thought leadership, and events.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MPA, MBA) is highly preferred.
