This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Provide overall strategic direction for DSV’s commercial growth within the Consumer sector.
• Establish the growth strategy for Contract Logistics.
• Enhance DSV’s standing with key strategic clients and explore new growth avenues within Fashion and omnichannel.
• Identify global commercial growth prospects and convert them into actionable strategies, proposals, and customer solutions.
• Foster and sustain high-level executive relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities while reinforcing existing partnerships.
• Manage complex international commercial processes from tenders and RFQs to contracting and execution.
• Integrate sales, solution design, and operations across regional and global scopes.
• Convert the global Consumer strategy into actionable commercial priorities.
• Fortify the sales pipeline while pinpointing new propositions and growth opportunities.
• Guide the Consumer Business Development team.
• Collaborate with CCOs, Consumer Leads, Global Account Directors, and senior stakeholders to drive sustainable commercial growth and solidify market position.
• Lead a specialized Business Development team and cultivate conditions conducive to sustainable commercial growth.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Consumer sector and/or logistics industry, alongside a proven history in business development and commercial growth.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership position, managing strategic accounts and successfully developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale business development, tender, and transformation initiatives, with proven outcomes in acquiring new business and growing existing customer portfolios.
• Exceptional communication and intercultural skills.
• Strong affinity for Fashion and omnichannel logistics.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehousing and supply chain trends.
• Willingness to travel internationally within a dynamic global organization.
