This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Drive and enhance business development across the Army Special Operations Forces enterprise, which includes USASOC, 1st Special Forces Command, and Special Forces Groups.
• Foster and sustain relationships with ARSOF stakeholders, leveraging existing programs while creating new market opportunities.
• Offer technical support to customers and showcase capabilities to both current and prospective partners.
• Analyze complex customer requirements and communicate them to development teams to inform product roadmaps.
• Present Applied Technology products to USASOC and USASFC leadership, G-shops, and Special Forces Group end users.
• Identify opportunities throughout the ARSOF enterprise and provide technical assistance to facilitate capture efforts.
• Oversee opportunity identification, assessment, forecasting, and capture at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Engage in internal product testing and technical experiments for Airborne and ruggedized SOF applications.
• Support trade shows, technical experiments, industry days, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with ARSOF-aligned organizations and partners, including SOCPAC, DTRA-Germany, and CD&I.
• Work in conjunction with Business Development, Field Services, Development Engineering, Early Capture, and Senior Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. Special Operations community, Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, its leadership structure, and procurement cycles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance; TS/SCI is preferred.
• In-depth familiarity and experience with SIGINT & EW mission requirements and tactical integration in the Army Special Operations environment.
• Proven track record in SIGINT & EW Tactical operations.
• Strong working knowledge of the USASOC and 1st Special Forces Command structure, acquisition processes, and SOF requirements generation, including SOFCIDS/UFR pathways.
• Robust understanding of SIGINT/EW/ELINT/Cyber and Secure COMMS product needs and their sustainment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate the distinctive culture of the Special Operations community.
• Technical proficiency and the capability to connect company technical strengths with complex operator requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 5–10 days per month.
• Travel expected to exceed 50%.
