📋 Description

• Supervise the formulation of strategic market and product line business plans along with marketing initiatives that bolster sales in specific market segments.

• Recognize volume and strategic clientele while fostering partnerships.

• Examine market data to pinpoint trends and potential opportunities.

• Establish strategic direction based on market insights and prepare market analysis presentations.

• Conduct make-versus-buy evaluations from the standpoint of partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions when necessary.

• Explore new opportunities within Greater China, including Taiwan, as well as the broader region.

• Propel new opportunities in both core and adjacent markets.

• Discover new customer logos and expedite the adoption of new products.

• Interact with new clients regarding innovative applications and evolving technologies.

• Grasp customers' technical requirements and align them with VIAVI's capabilities.

• Deliver market intelligence to inform the R&D roadmap and ensure that solutions are aligned with future fiber-optic demands in the AI sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fiber optic testing and measurement.

• A proven history of success in a related technical domain.

• Demonstrated experience in customer engagement.

• Technical comprehension of customer requirements and the ability to align them with VIAVI's offerings.

• Proficient in a client-facing capacity.

• Self-driven and motivated individual.
