This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new iGaming operators in relevant markets.
• Build and manage a portfolio of merchants from initial contact through long-term account development.
• Cultivate commercial relationships with merchant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Increase settled processing volumes across the merchant portfolio.
• Evaluate opportunities based on product compatibility, commercial potential, and pricing strategy.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and establish sustainable long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for merchants to expand into additional GEOs, payment methods, and acquiring solutions.
• Collaborate closely with onboarding, integration, routing, and operational teams to ensure successful merchant launches.
• Maintain consistent communication with merchants to enhance retention and uncover additional growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at iGaming conferences, industry events, and networking functions as needed.
• Take ownership of the entire commercial journey from identifying and onboarding operators to increasing long-term processing volumes.
• Emphasize portfolio quality, processing volume, retention, and long-term commercial value.
• Proven commercial experience in iGaming payments.
• Prior experience working with a PSP, payment gateway, acquirer, or iGaming operator.
• An established professional network and existing relationships with iGaming operators.
• Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment processing, routing, and alternative payment methods.
• Demonstrated capability to win new business and increase processing volumes.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic or key accounts.
• Ability to evaluate the commercial quality and long-term potential of prospective merchants.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills in an international B2B environment.
• A strong new business mindset combined with a long-term account management strategy.
• Sound commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Ownership of the complete sales and merchant development lifecycle.
• Credibility in communication with senior stakeholders and industry decision-makers.
• A results-oriented approach focused on sustainable volume and portfolio growth.
• Integrity, reliability, and clear communication throughout the commercial process.
• Uncapped commission based on settled processing volumes.
