Business Central Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess business requirements and system challenges in collaboration with users and business stakeholders.

• Create business application designs and establish clear solution specifications for developers.

• Assist in the global implementation of Business Central and manage system rollouts across various locations.

• Work together with international business units, external partners, solution architects, and developers.

• Facilitate daily business operations and larger implementation projects, including expansions related to new offices and markets.

• Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to convert business requirements into application designs and work with developers on execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes paired with a robust technical understanding of Business Central, particularly in finance and supply chain.

• Proven experience in business application design, implementation, and system development or optimization.

• Familiarity with AL programming, extensions, API integrations, and SaaS upgrades.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

• Capability to work independently while being part of an experienced and collaborative team.

• Resourceful and solution-focused, comfortable in an international setting.

• Strong communication skills in English.
