📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design of ERP solutions within intricate client engagements.

• Define architectural direction and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Align solutions with both technical specifications and business objectives.

• Provide scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business strategies into technical implementations.

• Manage several projects while offering architectural leadership throughout engagements.

• Mentor and guide both technical and functional teams.

• Uphold high standards of governance and quality assurance.

• Advocate for compliance with ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures.

• Work on ERP solutions across various industry sectors and international projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP solution architecture, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Demonstrated capability to design and implement complex, end-to-end ERP solutions.

• Profound understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and their integrations.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and translating business strategies into technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects while providing architectural leadership across engagements.

• Experience in mentoring and guiding technical and functional teams.

• Strong emphasis on quality, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.

• Knowledge of, compliance with, and promotion of ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

• Relevant technical and architectural certifications are highly advantageous.

• Must be eligible to work anywhere in the UK.
