Business Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives for major and high-stakes defense opportunities

• Evaluate and understand clients’ needs

• Create intricate technical solution alternatives

• Assemble and guide cost-effective multifunctional teams

• Formulate, document, and implement capture management strategies and plans

• Perform requirements analysis, competitive assessments, capability evaluations, gap analysis, price-to-win analysis, and teaming and call strategies

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and keep business leadership updated and involved

• Remain actively involved in proposal development, including strategy formulation, planning, writing, and submission for DoD and federal contracts

• Ensure proposals are persuasive and meet customer expectations

• Contribute to a Capture Community of Practice

• Collect and synthesize feedback from post-bid reviews, lessons learned, and market research

• Offer coaching, training, and resources on best practices in capture management and proposal development

• Collaborate with leadership on cross-functional projects to enhance bidding competitiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the DoD sector

• Prior experience in Capture Management and crafting Capture Plans

• Proven leadership experience

• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities

• Strong communication skills across various functions

• Background in proposal development, competitive analysis, and capture planning

• Knowledge of Curtiss-Wright’s product offerings and target markets is advantageous

• US citizenship is mandatory

• Position may necessitate exposure to export-controlled information and further security screenings
