Business Architect – Customer Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, comprehend, and uncover Allstate's existing business processes, objectives, and goals.

• Identify areas for enhancement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and oversee initiative implementation.

• Function at the capability level to support broader platforms.

• Create functional systems flow to ensure the effectiveness of new capabilities.

• Execute initiatives and engage with stakeholder groups to gather insights and feedback.

• Develop and maintain business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps.

• Support production, quality, and customer service objectives.

• Align business strategies with AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product owners to ensure seamless integration between capabilities within a platform.

• Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and data collection to suggest product strategies and iterations.

• Participate in discovery, testing, and learning activities to validate assumptions and solution direction.

• Monitor and assess business architecture solutions.

• Propose enhancements and carry out process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities.

• Enhance process oversight with process agility.

• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (4-year program).

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute for the educational requirement.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Experience or skills in Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Architecture, Communication, Cross-Team Collaboration, and Storytelling.

• Must undergo a background investigation.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions when working remotely.

• Adequate desk and seating must be provided for the home workspace.

• Reliable internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• This position is not available to residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington.

• Allstate typically does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this role.
