📋 Description

• Oversee the design and enhancement of Integrated Business Planning processes encompassing demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and executive reviews.

• Establish future-state planning processes, business requirements, governance, essential metrics, and frameworks for decision-making.

• Lead the design of the Demand Planning process, which includes consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy, demand review cadence, exception management, and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align business objectives, planning assumptions, and transformation priorities.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for planning systems and analytics.

• Assist in planning transformation initiatives and promote standardized working methods throughout the organization.

• Integrate semiconductor-specific planning factors such as fab limitations, yield variability, foundry/OSAT collaboration, NPI ramps, and supply allocation.

• Embed Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, business architecture, or transformation.

• At least 5 years of experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, or supply chain planning.

• Background in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar complex high-tech manufacturing environment.

• Strong expertise in Demand Planning, including forecast accuracy, bias, consensus planning, and NPI/EOL planning.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional process design and transformation efforts.

• Experience in translating business needs into functional/system requirements.

• Ability to plan in constrained supply conditions and support demand prioritization.
