This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration specialists.

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to decrease implementation time and costs by utilizing standardized processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• Conduct configuration review sessions to guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and align with product capabilities.

• Act as the primary expert on C-Track products and solutions for both clients and internal teams.

• Assist consultants in gathering requirements, performing business analysis, modeling business processes, and designing solutions.

• Organize, evaluate, and oversee business analysis deliverables, which include requirements, design documents, test specifications, and project artifacts.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

• Promote collaboration, mentorship, and professional development to enhance team capabilities and support career advancement.

• Supervise customer testing and validation activities alongside Quality Assurance teams.

• Provide leadership for data analysis, migration, and mapping activities.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and initiatives aimed at team growth.

• Support new customer implementations and initiatives for existing customer growth.

• Contribute to refining business processes and fostering business expansion for the Court Management Solutions sector.

• Travel may be required up to approximately 5-20% for project activities, training, and go-live events.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• Prior experience with the C-Track product suite is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

• Experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.

• Experience in guiding business analysis, solution design, and client engagement activities.

• Familiarity with or understanding of judicial/court processes is a plus.

• Robust understanding of software implementation and business process analysis.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Capability to effectively engage with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and clients to achieve consensus.
