This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration specialists.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing implementation time and costs through standardized processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• Facilitate configuration review sessions to guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and product capabilities.

• Act as the primary C-Track product and solutions authority for both clients and internal teams.

• Assist consultants in gathering requirements, performing business analysis, modeling business processes, and designing solutions.

• Organize, assess, and supervise business analysis deliverables, which include requirements, design documents, test specifications, and project artifacts.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and uphold high quality.

• Promote collaboration, mentorship, and professional development to enhance team capabilities and support career advancement.

• Oversee customer testing and validation processes in conjunction with Quality Assurance teams.

• Direct data analysis, migration, and mapping efforts.

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and initiatives aimed at team growth.

• Support new customer implementations and initiatives for existing customer growth.

• Aid in refining business processes and driving expansion for the Court Management Solutions sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• Familiarity with the C-Track product suite is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to clarify complex concepts effectively.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to forge relationships and collaborate efficiently across teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.

• Experience in guiding business analysis, solution design, and client engagement activities.

• Understanding of judicial/court processes is a plus.

• Solid grasp of software implementation and business process analysis.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of pertinent work experience is required.

• Ability to engage effectively with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and clients to foster consensus.

• Travel may be necessary, approximately 5-20% of the time.
