This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Identify, shape, and achieve strategic outcomes using various business analytics disciplines.
• Collaborate with business leaders to offer thought partnership and promote decision-making driven by data and insights.
• Provide strategic and analytical assistance for the Provider Operational Health team.
• Lead several Strategy and Analytics teams that support the PX&O organization.
• Comprehend business challenges, guide the development of analytical models and insights, and create persuasive business cases.
• Formulate and implement the strategic agenda, encompassing multi-year strategic planning.
• Develop business cases, secure funding for prioritized strategic initiatives, and synchronize strategic efforts with enterprise business partners.
• Establish and sustain partnerships across operations, technology, product, finance, and business partner teams.
• Influence technological solutions that enhance provider and customer experiences while generating efficiencies.
• Develop or influence analytical models that provide insights and address business challenges.
• Serve as a thought partner for supported executives.
• Directly manage teams led by Directors and Senior Managers, providing thought leadership, removing obstacles, and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Recruit and cultivate analytics talent while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Utilize data to identify business trends and make actionable recommendations.
• Apply analytical methods to pinpoint opportunities and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Make strategically grounded recommendations based on analytics and develop business cases for transformational initiatives.
• Create executive-level presentations, data visualizations, storytelling, and business case analyses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and business teams on insights, data generation, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for upcoming technology solutions, lead strategy sessions, analyze value creation, and validate outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in business, operations, or a similar relevant field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or business analysis.
• Experience in operations strategy and analytics is preferred.
• Experience utilizing SQL in a business context is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present work products to senior executives.
• If working remotely, an internet connection must be established through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
