Business Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of impactful business intelligence solutions for clients and internal teams throughout the North American region.

• Develop high-quality risk dashboards and reports utilizing Protecht’s InetSoft business intelligence software.

• Engage with customers, either remotely or in-person, to ascertain and clarify dashboard and reporting needs.

• Record customer requirements in a consistent and standardized format.

• Manage the analytics implementation lifecycle from the initial scoping phase through user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.

• Advise customers on best practices while ensuring a thorough audit trail is maintained.

• Offer expert advice, constructive feedback, and engage in challenging discussions with customers.

• Assist pre-sales and marketing teams as needed.

• Contribute to internal enhancements.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Oversee delivery timelines and communicate progress updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in SQL-based data manipulation.

• Demonstrated proficiency with BI tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and InetSoft.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Eligibility to work in North America, specifically as a US citizen or permanent resident.

• Preferred: Experience in Risk Management.

• Preferred: Proficiency in coding with JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages.

• Preferred: Familiarity with InetSoft Style Intelligence BI.

• Preferred: Experience in SaaS environments.
