This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements from TTB stakeholders and business users.
β’ Create user stories, acceptance criteria, business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
β’ Assess enhancement requests, production challenges, and operational processes to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency and improved user experience.
β’ Ensure that requirements are comprehensive, traceable, testable, and in alignment with TTB objectives and governance standards.
β’ Maintain requirements and accompanying documentation throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
β’ Assist in the investigation and analysis of production issues, customer-reported defects, and operational inquiries.
β’ Work collaboratively with technical teams to replicate issues, clarify expected system behavior, and document business impacts.
β’ Help prioritize defects and enhancement requests based on business value and operational requirements.
β’ Engage in root cause analysis and propose enhancements for processes or systems.
β’ Keep operational documentation, knowledge articles, and user-facing documentation up to date.
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
β’ Assist in planning, executing, and validating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
β’ Confirm that completed functionality meets documented business requirements.
β’ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
β’ Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders.
β’ Convey business needs, priorities, risks, and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Produce business requirements, process flows, decision logs, release documentation, and training materials.
β’ Help maintain standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
β’ Suggest improvements to business processes, operational workflows, and support procedures.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust designation.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
β’ 3β5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software applications.
β’ Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and business requirements.
β’ Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
β’ Familiarity with collaboration and requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
