Business Analyst, SQL/PL/SQL Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and clarify business requirements.

• Convert requirements into practical data and reporting solutions.

• Develop and adjust SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures.

• Create and improve reports and dashboards on an internal XML-based platform.

• Analyze, select, and prepare data within the Oracle data warehouse.

• Assist in the implementation process from requirements gathering to business acceptance testing.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses, investigate errors, and perform bug fixes.

• Utilize Git version control for managing changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in business analysis with the capability to independently implement solutions using SQL/PL/SQL.

• Alternatively, background as a SQL/PL/SQL developer paired with strong business analysis abilities.

• Proficient knowledge of Oracle SQL, along with experience in PL/SQL and stored procedures.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements, challenge them constructively, and translate them into tangible solutions.

• Experience in reporting, data preparation, and data warehouse architecture.

• Familiarity with XML and Git.

• Excellent communication skills, complemented by a structured and self-motivated work approach.

• Expertise in complex ETL development or data modeling is not essential.
