Business Analyst – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate various data sources to enhance business analytics.

• Spearhead and execute both internal and external data analyses, offering actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with site leaders, finance, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements for strategic initiatives.

• Assist in data gathering to guide business decisions and promote operational effectiveness.

• Aid in the collection, management, and visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct comprehensive project cost/benefit analyses.

• Execute business case evaluations for new projects.

• Revise project status reports as needed.

• Carry out post-project reviews.

• Present findings to internal business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.

• 3-6 years of analytical experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or financial context.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Analytical abilities that support and improve supply chain strategies and objectives.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to forge strategic relationships across various functions and locations, including with senior leadership.

• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to management and other internal groups is preferred.

• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, continuous improvement practices, and project management methodologies is desired.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Competence to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work setting with minimal supervision.

• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and demands.
