Business Analyst / Product Owner, fluent in German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in business analysis while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team.

• Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements.

• Facilitate communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Lead workshops and guide decision-making processes.

• Conduct software testing and provide user training.

• Address 3rd-level support requests.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Participate in project management and reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or economics.

• Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.

• Familiarity with UML, XML / XSD, SQL, as well as usability and accessibility is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German (C1+).
