Business Analyst – Payroll Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements

• Perform basic data analysis and assist senior analysts in developing solutions

• Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to aid in decision-making

• Support requirements workshops utilizing established techniques

• Create and finalize the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and prepare user stories and use cases

• Evaluate business objectives, functions, and processes

• Construct process flows and maps as outlined in the Process Playbook

• Capture and document requirements within the Business Requirements Document (BRD)

• Organize and facilitate requirements workshops, producing detailed business requirement specification documents

• Utilize and supervise modeling and analysis tools

• Grasp client requirements, assess options, and propose suitable solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis

• Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across various projects and stakeholder settings

• Experience in payroll within European countries

• Familiarity with Workday/UKG/HR/HCM systems

• Candidate must currently reside in Portugal
