Business Analyst – Middle/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth business analysis for a variety of fintech projects and initiatives.

• Evaluate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for effective benchmarking.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.

• Create use cases, user stories, and product documentation.

• Identify and resolve gaps in products and processes.

• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.

• Offer technical support to sales, operations, and partner engineering teams.

• Engage in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and post-integration monitoring.

• Develop technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials.

• Oversee internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.

• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.

• Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

• Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).

• Experience with SQL and foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Willingness to work within Central European Time (CET).
