This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Enhance performance by leveraging technology and achieving Capacity Management objectives.

• Examine trends, volumes, challenges, and patterns.

• Create models, forecasts, and suggestions to predict future demand.

• Aid in the design and execution of Epic decision trees and provider templates.

• Work in conjunction with key stakeholders, end users, and project team members throughout assessment, design build, testing, training, and implementation phases.

• Detect and address issues related to assigned projects.

• Deliver reports, evaluations, and information to Capacity Management Leadership.

• Lead project tasks and guide other project analysts as needed.

• Offer continuous support for Capacity Management systems in production operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification is a must.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least five (5) years of cumulative experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis setting; a minimum of three (3) of those years must be in a healthcare analysis context.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in project management skills, tools, and methodologies.

• Proven track record of leading committees, projects, and initiatives.

• Established ability to effectively utilize and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts pertinent to the technical discipline.

• Familiarity with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems.

• Certification in Epic Cadence.
