Business Analyst – LATAM, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, encompassing planning, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and finalization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure project progression.

• Collect, organize, and verify business data from different departments within the organization.

• Evaluate operational, financial, customer, product, and market data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks.

• Transform insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, processes, and project status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a related field.

• Proven ability to independently manage projects from beginning to end.

• Proficiency in interpreting business data and deriving practical conclusions.

• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data; advanced SQL or BI skills are not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through.

• Self-motivated and adept at working in a remote setting.

• Located in Latin America or Europe.

• Available Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central Time.

• Familiarity with project management, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, data services, real estate, or other complex business sectors.

• Background in enhancing processes or implementing operational efficiencies.
