This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate debit card payment transaction data to uncover performance trends, customer behaviors, product challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Create and sustain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks that facilitate the monitoring of debit card performance.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics concerning customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and card usage.
• Utilize SQL to extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze intricate transactional and customer data.
• Convert analytical insights into coherent business narratives and actionable product recommendations.
• Detect performance deficiencies and assess the potential business impact of suggested improvements.
• Propose and prioritize strategies that enhance debit card adoption, engagement, and usage.
• Assist in the development and execution of the debit card product enhancement roadmap.
• Deliver findings, recommendations, and performance updates to product leaders and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, operations, analytics, and issuer stakeholders.
• Keep track of debit card industry trends, competitor activities, regulations, emerging payment technologies, and consumer behaviors.
• Contribute expertise in the card and payments industry to initiatives focused on product innovation and differentiation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the card and payments industry.
• At least 3 years of experience with debit card products.
• A minimum of 3 years in financial product and performance analysis.
• Over 3 years of experience in analyzing payment transaction data.
• More than 3 years of advanced SQL experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• A minimum of 3 years in KPI development and performance measurement.
• Over 3 years of experience in analytical storytelling and developing business recommendations.
• Experience in analyzing customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product usage.
• Proven ability to convert complex data into clear findings, business implications, and recommended actions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capability to work onsite four days a week near Dallas Love Field.
• This position is not eligible for sponsorship, visa transfers, or C2C arrangements.
• Preferred: Experience with Python.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting a co-branded card product.
• Preferred: Direct experience working with card issuers, payment networks, or financial institutions.
