Business Analyst, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with CRM business workflows and integration frameworks.

• Assist in API and system integration tasks.

• Conduct data mapping and process modeling activities.

• Employ Agile practices and utilize Azure DevOps.

• Take responsibility and actively provide solutions.

• Work closely with the Client Engineering team.

• Integration Skills.

• Proficiency in Requirements Analysis.

• Experience with User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.

• Knowledge of API & Integration Concepts.

• Familiarity with CRM Business Processes (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar).

• Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps experience.

• Expertise in Data Mapping / Process Modeling.

• Ownership and a proactive delivery mindset.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience working remotely.
