Business Analyst – Capital Markets Front Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Front Office IT teams at a prominent investment bank

• Engage in the introduction of new products

• Execute the implementation of new pricing models

• Improve and refine existing pricing models

• Identify and document business requirements

• Organize and manage project planning

• Develop functional specifications

• Supervise user acceptance testing and oversee production deployment

• Drive change management initiatives and provide user support

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or specialized Master’s degree)

• In-depth understanding of both vanilla and exotic financial instruments (FX, IRD, credit derivatives, securitization, commodities, etc.)

• Expertise in P&L, Greeks, and VaR calculation and monitoring processes

• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in SQL and familiar with Agile methodologies

• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability

• Strong ability to work within a team

• Demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and initiative
