Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough business analysis for a variety of fintech projects and initiatives.

• Evaluate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking needs.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.

• Create detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation that detail product features and functionalities.

• Identify and resolve deficiencies in existing products and processes.

• Collaborate with third-party developers to implement API and SDK products.

• Offer technical support to internal sales, operational units, and partner engineering teams.

• Engage in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring solutions following integration.

• Develop technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients.

• Oversee internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.

• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.

• Knowledge of business analysis requirements and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

• Understanding of fundamental usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).

• Proficient in SQL with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
