This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client IT departments to obtain healthcare data feeds for revenue cycle management.

• Collect data and system configuration requirements for internal IT teams.

• Create and sustain data mapping specifications.

• Provide detailed specifications for system configuration, data parsers, and custom workflows.

• Ensure that data parsers are developed, optimized, and thoroughly tested.

• Coordinate and supervise data integration and system configuration testing.

• Act as a liaison between client IT, internal implementation, and internal IT teams.

• Document system configurations, data mappings, and workflows effectively.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration.

• Enhance system configurations, data parsers, and integration workflows.

• Implement healthcare IT trends and best practices to enhance integrations and process efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data integration, or technical roles within the healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated experience with system configuration, data mapping, creating data parsers, and collaborating with internal IT teams to customize systems.

• Strong foundation in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and data integration tools.

• Prior experience in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for healthcare initiatives is highly preferred.

• Deep understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle management processes, including patient registration, coding, billing, collections, and claims management.

• Proficient in system configuration, data mapping, and working with or developing data parsers for the integration of complex data feeds.

• Ability to gather and interpret functional and technical requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in producing detailed data mappings, system configurations, and technical workflows.

• Capacity to stay updated with healthcare IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• High attention to detail to guarantee data integrity and precise system configurations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
