This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating inputs, creating budget models, and delivering presentations to executive leadership.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of reports and dashboards in Salesforce, NetSuite Analytics, and Kantata.
• Collect and compile data for ad-hoc reports requested by finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against budget and previous forecasts.
• Help with periodic reforecasts and scenario modeling under the supervision of the Sr. Business Analyst.
• Oversee Salesforce data governance across opportunities, accounts, and pipeline stages.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales and executive leadership.
• Support pipeline review processes and ensure opportunity data is up-to-date.
• Contribute to the monthly close process by preparing schedules and reconciling data between Salesforce, Kantata, NetSuite, and the general ledger.
• Assist with project setup, billing support, and revenue tracking.
• Facilitate process documentation and enhancements to recurring finance and reporting workflows.
• Complete supplier and vendor onboarding forms, manage business license renewals, and maintain records of vendors and clients.
• Coordinate the review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, and other client contracts.
• Maintain standard contract templates with version control and archive executed agreements.
• Support the company’s intellectual property portfolio and corporate records, collaborating with external counsel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business analytics, preferably in a professional services or consulting setting.
• Proven experience in supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, developing management reports, and performing financial analyses.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or time-sensitive scenarios.
• Advanced Excel skills along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, or similar ERP, CRM, and BI tools is highly preferred.
• Experience in maintaining data integrity across business systems, including data cleanup, standardization, and reconciliation between platforms.
• Ability to convert large or unstructured data sets into clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations for a non-technical audience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines and reporting cycles simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Collaborative team player experienced in partnering with finance, accounting, HR, IT, operational leads, and legal counsel.
